Provide the bar area with supplied and provide the bartender with items on request. Assuring that guests have a favorable gaming experience.

Responsibilities

Where You'll Make an Impact:

Responsible to stock bar items dailyResponsible to fill ice bins as neededResponsible to assume duties of bartender and cocktail waitress during breaksReplace bottles on Easy System, replacing juices and beer kegs on line.Empty garbage and mop floorsEnsure the safety and security of guests and team membersOther duties as assigned.

 

Skills to Help You Succeed:

Ability to read, write, and understand basic instructionsKnowledge of all bar equipment, Easy Bar System, ABC laws and regulations and gaming laws. Knowledge of sanitation and health department regulations for safe handling of alcohol. Knowledge of C02 gaugesAbility to do assigned job duties in an interruptive environment under frequent time pressures Qualifications

Must-Haves:

Education: A high school diploma or GED equivalent is requiredExperience: Minimum of six (6) months experience in beverage fieldYou will be exposed to an alcohol and smoking environment and must be able to work in such environment. Must have the ability to secure and maintain licensure as required by Louisiana Gaming Control Board or any other applicable regulatory entity as may be required to perform assigned duties, or as required by Live’s operating standards.

 

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand for long periods of times without sitting or leaningAbility to handle multi-tasking heavy work-exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and up to 30 pounds of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objectsAbility to climb, bend, stretch, twist or reach with your body and arms, work under variable temperatures and noise levels
