Responsibilities Oversee bar set-up and closing procedures on event daysEnsure that all company policies are followed by team membersObserve, evaluate, and document job performances of team membersOrder and maintain product inventoryComplete daily sales reports and reconciliationAssist with end-of-month inventory and financial reportingQualifications Experience working in a restaurant requiredMinimum of 2 years' of supervisory experience preferredMust be able to implement rules and direct employeesA true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environmentNo college degree requiredPhysical Requirements Constant standing, walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive motions Ability to lift stock up to 50 pounds occasionally May be required to work outdoors or in variable temperatures depending on the season Shift Details
