Join our team at Sun RV Resorts and embark on an exciting new opportunity! We are looking for a Bar Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of bar at one of our RV resort locations.

OVERVIEW

As a Bar Supervisor you'll be responsible for overseeing the operations of the bar and bartenders, including liquor and bar procedures, financial management, sanitation and safety.

JOB DUTIES

Coordinate team member selection, training, scheduling and development of direct reports and ensure all team members comply with appropriate policies and procedures. Place inventory orders for beer, wine, liquor and other bar supplies while negotiating the best pricing with vendors. Schedule all entertainment for resort bars. Ensure all invoices are checked against deliveries and forwarded with all money and receipts to the office on a daily basis. Develop happy hour specials and daily drink promotions. Ensure bartenders adhere to quality control and mixology methods. Handle and resolve guest complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner. Develop special bar events and tournaments; collaborate with Social Media Coordinator to advertise and promote events. Oversee the daily deposits and assist bartenders with reconciliation. Supervise the condition, repair and appearance of all equipment and bar areas.  Report any malfunctions to Resort Manager. Other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

Must be 21 years of age or older High School Diploma or GED Previous bartending experience Valid driver's license Excellent customer service and communication skills Demonstrated leadership abilities Professional appearance Basic computer proficiency including the ability to use email and internet Flexibility to respond to resort needs during non-business hours PERKS & BENEFITS
