Responsibilities: + Monitor the labor cost of the shift, paying close attention to overtime + Checking accuracy of labor system at the end of the shift + Conduct operations with a Guest First mindset + Ensure all recap forms are submitted to accounting + Perform opening, ongoing and closing duties + Conduct daily pre-shift in an upbeat and motivational manner + Log nightly sales and operational issues in Manager Log Book, either manually or online + Conduct safety, cleaning and maintenance walk-through – interior and exterior of building + Design nightly specials and brand cocktail recipes + Work with the creative team to make unique assets for show specials + Familiarize self with event sheets + Facilitate proper inter-departmental communication and organization Qualifications: Required: + Responsible Alcohol Awareness Training Certification or Equivalent + High school diploma or equivalent + Ability to work late hours + Flexible schedule + 3 years supervisory experience in high volume restaurant/music hall environment + Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and Point of Sales system, preferably APPETIZE + Knowledge of state, federal and local liquor laws and health code regulations + Ability to deal with intoxicated guests in a positive and safety minded manner + Tolerance of all cultures, music and art forms + Skilled in decision making, leadership, guest relations, interpersonal communications, organization, team building, time management, and staff management + Ability to motivate staff, problem solve, lead, delegate, follow up, deal with volatile situations with tact and confidence Preferred: + At least 2 years experience with a national restaurant or bar chain + Experience in a live music environment + College diploma in related field If the above description sounds like you and fits your background, apply online at http://www.livenation.com/careers/index.html to join the Live Nation Clubs and Theaters team today!
