Ensure all tables, counters, and other bar areas are clean and set according to standard. Collect empty bottles and glasses. Bus tables, load and unload glass washing machines. Store clean dishes, glasses, and equipment appropriately. Prepare mixers, juices, and cocktail garnishes. Change out beer kegs safely, requesting assistance when needed. Restock liquor bottles.
