The Shell Bay Club is seeking a talented and experienced Luxury Barber to provide world-class grooming services to our discerning members in the exclusive new Members Pavilion. This role requires an exceptional level of skill, professionalism, and a passion for delivering personalized experiences that reflect the elegance and sophistication of the Shell Bay lifestyle. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Provide a full range of luxury barbering services, including precision haircuts, straight razor shaves, beard grooming, and scalp treatments. 

• Consult with members to understand their grooming preferences and deliver tailored solutions that exceed expectations. 

• Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting environment that reflects the high standards of Shell Bay Club. 

• Recommend and promote premium grooming products that align with the club’s commitment to excellence. 

• Stay updated on the latest trends, techniques, and innovations in men’s grooming to ensure a modern and cutting-edge service offering. 

• Build lasting relationships with members by providing exceptional service and maintaining a professional, personable demeanor. 

• Collaborate with other wellness and hospitality staff to enhance the overall member experience. 

Qualifications: 

• Proven experience as a barber in a luxury or high-end environment. 

• Expertise in classic and contemporary barbering techniques. 

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with a sophisticated clientele. 

• Impeccable grooming standards and a keen eye for detail. 

• Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and holidays, as required by the Members Pavilion schedule. 

• A valid barber’s license and compliance with all local regulations.
