About this role:


As a Physician in Bariatric Surgery, you will work with a team of healthcare professionals committed to providing quality care and excellent patient experience.  In this role you wholistically approach weight loss and craft a strategy for comprehensive patient care.

This position includes a generous salary, annual incentive plan, $30,000 sign-on bonus and up to $20,000 in relocation assistanceYou will practice at the Avenues Surgical Center with hospital privileges at LDS Hospital, in Salt Lake City, UT This opportunity will offer the opportunity for a good work/life balance, and you will share in the General Surgery Call pool

What you’ll bring: 


•    MD or DO degree from a fully accredited medical or osteopathic school of medicine 
•    U.S. ACGME Residency training 
•    Board Certified/ Board Eligible Surgeon and Fellowship trained in Bariatric Surgery
•    Active, unobstructed Utah medical license, or the ability to obtain one 
•    Ability to successfully complete Intermountain Health’s credentialing process 
•    We are not able to accept candidates requiring Visa sponsorship at this time

The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience. 

$7.25 - $999.99
