To handle all payment transactions for all food/beverage, maintain well stocked shelves, keep ALS clean at all times and provide superior customer service.
ResponsibilitiesEssential Functions:
Familiarity with daily specialtiesHandle all “point-of-sale transactions correctly in the MicrosBalance all work at the end of shiftCount change at end of shift and balance bankPerforms other duties as required by supervisor. Know how to read all in house banquet events for upcoming business Know where all items are kept in general storeroom and kitchenFamiliarity with all POS systems and bank procedures
Qualifications Must be available to work flexible hours to include nights, weekends, and holidays.
