**Job Title: Barista** **Pay Rate:** 25/hr-$27/hr based on experience **Shifts:** Mon- Fri 7:30 am -5:30 pm (There are opportunities for PM event-based work as well.) **Job Description** We are looking for an experienced and passionate Barista to join our team. You will prepare and serve specialty coffee and tea beverages, ensure customer satisfaction, and maintain a clean and organized work environment. If you have experience in the coffee service industry and thrive in a fast-paced setting, we would love to hear from you. **Responsibilities** + Prepare and serve specialty coffee and tea beverages. + Interact with both new and regular customers to provide excellent service. + Maintain a clean and sanitized work station. + Follow health and safety guidelines. + Adhere to recipes and presentations for food and beverage items. + Be punctual and observe regular and consistent attendance. + Contribute to a positive team environment. **Essential Skills** + Experience working at a Starbucks or other chain coffee shop. + Proficiency in making specialty drinks such as lattes, cappuccinos, and custom espresso drinks. + At least 1+ year in the coffee service industry. + 2+ years in the customer service industry. + Experienced and comfortable with working busy shifts. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Friendly, outgoing, and dedicated to outstanding customer service. + Tidy and self-disciplined. + Detail-oriented and passionate about product quality. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy free coffee, snacks, and drinks in a cool environment.
