What will I be doing?

Maintain appropriate standards of cleanliness in the cafeMaintain appropriate storage standards for food itemsProvide excellent, friendly, and knowledgeable customer serviceMaintain the highest standards of food qualityProvides exceptional guest experience at all timesFollow all company systems, policies, and proceduresGive guests priority and attention at all timesKeep equipment clean and sanitaryKeep the complimentary coffee station filled and cleanMaintain a professional appearance and neat work areaPerform other duties, as assigned.

Who are we looking for?

18 Years of Age or OlderPrior retail experience preferredPrior barista/cafe experience preferredAbility to perform basic math functionsAbility to work weekends requiredDemonstrate excellent communication, organizational, and "listening" skillsDemonstrates a passion for hospitality and customer serviceAbility to learn quickly, and be self-motivatedSense of urgencyCurrent, valid, food handler card preferred, but NOT required
