PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES/ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS : + Welcome all guests into our stores with a friendly and positive attitude. + Provide our guests with the highest level of customer service, ensuring a memorable and enjoyable experience. + Take orders from guests and provide recommendations based on their preferences. + Answering guests' questions regarding our menu and services. + Craft a variety of hot and cold coffee beverages, including but not limited to espresso, cappuccino, matcha lattes, and cold brews. + Restock stations regularly to ensure they are clean, organized, and fully stocked with necessary supplies. + Follow all policies and procedures for health and food safety, ensuring an inviting environment for both guests and team members. + Collaborate with your manager and team members to maintain smooth operations and a positive work atmosphere. + Support with any additional duties assigned. REQUIREMENTS: + Previous experience in the hospitality and/or food service industry (e.g. restaurant, hotel, etc.) + Barista experience and latte art is required. + Passionate about providing excellent customer service. + Fun and outgoing attitude! + Restock stations and keep them clean and organized. + Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively. + May stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds.
