The Barista is responsible for honoring each and every customer by providing excellent customer service and a high-quality product. The Barista is a true professional that displays a positive attitude at all times to ensure the return of our customers who are the reason for our business. **Responsibilities** + Develops enthusiastically satisfied customers all of the time. + Provides quality beverages consistently for all customers + Maintains Quality store operations + Contributes to store profitability + Takes responsibility to learn all aspects of the barista position **Qualifications** **Education/Formal Training** High school education or equivalent experience. **Experience** Previous experience in a customer service role strongly preferred. **Knowledge/Skills** + Must have excellent customer service skills. **Physical Demands** The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an associate to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
