Job Description We are looking for a highly motivated problem solver to add to our barista team. Candidate must possess a positive and enthusiastic attitude, and be able to deliver legendary customer service. Must be available for weekend shifts. Essential Functions + Act with integrity, honesty, and knowledge that promotes Coeur d' Alene Resort culture. + Maintain calm demeanor and keep store operating to standard during high volume times. + Be able to evaluate Guests and environment for cues. + Contribute to positive team environment. + Delivers legendary customer service to all guests by acting with a guest comes first attitude and connecting with the guest. + Discovers and responds to guest needs. + Maintains a clean and organized work space so team members can locate resources and product as needed. + Provides quality beverages and food products consistently for all guests by adhering to all recipe and presentation standards. + Follows health, safety and sanitation guidelines for all products. + Maintains regular and punctual attendance.
