THE JOB:

As a Food and Beverage Counter Attendant, you will be responsible for setting the stage for an excellent guest experience by serving guests in our quick-service restaurants. By understanding their unique stories and needs, you will own their experience to create WOW memories they will carry with them far and beyond their stay with us.

THE STARTING RATE: $19.4629

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

Take and place order, and serve and garnish food and drinks efficiently and accurately in work area as applicable

Collect money, while following all proper cash handling and comp procedures

Maintain the cleanliness, sanitation, and the appearance of the front and back of house, clear tables and counters; sweep and maintain the cleanliness of the dining area without interfering with the comfort of guests

Pack and complete order as per guests' preference with any necessary condiments

Properly label and date products per safety and sanitation procedures

Perform opening and closing duties based upon shift assignment

Unload warehouse orders and stock the orders to designated storage maintaining organization, stock and replenish products as needed in work station, counters, tables, etc.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

One year guest service experience

Minimum of one year food handling in high-volume restaurant, cafe setting or grab-and-go establishment

Barista or coffee house experience

Experience with cash handling

Familiarity with InfoGenesis Point-of-Sale system or similar POS system

Flexibility to work various outlets throughout the property

Ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
