What To Expect
+ Always attentive to guests and team
+ Share your thorough knowledge of the food and beverage menu in order to answer all questions from guests and team
+ Engage with guests and be able to recommend cocktails and suggest alternatives
+ Serve food, wine, cocktails and beverages
+ Follows craft cocktail recipes and ensure consistency
+ Inputs all orders into the POS system accurately
+ Clear and reset tables
+ Demonstrate an understanding of our steps of service
+ Engage in communication and active listening to effectively deliver accurate messaging to both guests and teammates
+ Willing and able to stay up to date on beverage trends, knowledge and internal practices
+ Perform opening and closing side work
+ Responsible to monitor, restock, and replenish bar par levels, inventory and supplies
+ Keep track of inventory to ensure both bar and tables are appropriately stocked
+ Ensure work area is in compliance with health codes at all times

You Should Have
+ Prefer (2) or more years of bar experience in a high volume fine or casual dining restaurant
+ A valid TABC Certification and Food Handlers Certification is required and must be obtained before entering this position
+ Proven knowledge and understanding of craft/creative cocktails and wine
PHYSICAL AND WORKING ENVIRONMENT:
+ Must be able to stand or walk a minimum eight-hour shift.
+ Must be observant and quick to respond to various situations while also multitasking and handling stressful situations.
+ Must be able to twist, tow (push or pull), reach, bend, climb and carry objects as necessary.
+ Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds.
+ Must have excellent communication skills and be able to read, write, speak and understand English.
+ Must be able to work in a fast pace and high-volume environment in the presence of areas containing second hand smoke, high noise levels, dancing, bright lights and dust and communicate during this time – sometimes within a small area.
+ Must be able to work inside and outside at all times of the year as needed, based upon business volumes.
