Position Summary - Preparing and serving beverages according to the given instructions and established service standards - Maintains High standards of hygiene, cleanliness and tidiness in bar area - ensure work place safety practice is adhered to, especially when operating bar equipmentPrimary Responsibility - Assist the day-to-day operation of the bar - Prepare, present and Serve beverages efficiently according to established standard - Maintains High standards of hygiene, cleanliness and tidiness in bar area - ensure work place safety practice is adhered to, especially when operating bar equipmentRequirements Education: - Middle school graduated - FandB and/or Bartender certificate is an added advantage Experience: - 1 year at a 4-star hotel or reputable restaurant Knowledge and Skills: - Basic bartending skills - Product knowledge of beverages Basic customer service skills - Computer literate Others: - Fluent with Cantonese or Mandarin, both written and spoken - English is an added advantage - Able to walk and stand continuous for extended amount of time - Team player
