Bartender is responsible to create cocktails that offers traditional beverages and cocktails that enhances the dining experience and requires the level of knowledgeable and detailed explanations of ingredients to achieve this goal. Must possess the ability to move quickly, take multiple orders, and deliver friendly, efficient, quick, and correct service.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Proven working experience as a bartender.Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinksComputer literacyFood Handlers CardKnowledge of a second language will be considered a plus.Positive attitude and excellent communication skills.Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean.

Physical Requirement:

Exert physical effort in transporting up to 50lbs.Endure various physical movements throughout the work areas.Remain in stationary position for 5 hours throughout work shift.Satisfactorily communicate with guests, management, and co-workers to their understanding.

Duties:
