Responsible for monies in the coin banks. Prepares orders taken from the cocktail staff and guests. Keeps inventory of stock in their assigned bar. Notifies barback when supplies are low. Reasoning Ability Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out simple one- or two-step instructions. Ability to deal with standardized situations with only occasional or no variables. Due to the cyclical nature of the hospitality/entertainment industry, employees may be required to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the property.
