DescriptionEssential Duties And Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Bartenders must be friendly, helpful and courteous when dealing with all guests. Responsible for monies in the coin banks. Prepares orders taken from the cocktail staff and guests. Keeps inventory of stock in their assigned bar. Notifies barback when supplies are low. Prepares cut fruit, condiments, etc. Performs related duties as required. Supervisory Responsibilities This job has no supervisory responsibilities. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization. Mathematical Skills Ability to add and subtract two-digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's. Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance. Reasoning Ability Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out simple one- or two-step instructions. Ability to deal with standardized situations with only occasional or no variables. Due to the cyclical nature of the hospitality/entertainment industry, employees may be required to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the property. This includes all shifts, weekends, and holiday periods.Qualifications
