PRINCIPAL DUTIES

Assist Guests regarding all beverage menu items in an informative and helpful way Ability to focus attention on Guest needs, always remaining calm and courteous Handle all cash, credit card and gift card transactions Check identification before serving alcohol according to state law Have full knowledge of food & beverage menus and promotions Maintain a driven, intense pace with good cleaning habits throughout shift Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage Efficiently run the bar during your shift, stock supplies as needed Other functions as assigned by management Have fun and Kick Ass
