Checking in with manager for bar assignment. ? Signing in and out and completing all event paperwork. ? Maintain the liquor, garnishes, glassware, and other supplies and inventory for the bar. ? Ensure fruit is properly cut using a cut glove. ? Must have knowledge of all food and beverage items that are available. ? Informing first time guests that club is "all inclusive". ? Properly checking I.D.’s. ? Service to assigned bar throughout the event. ? Maintain beverage napkins, straws stirrers and snack mix throughout the event. ? Keeping work area neat and orderly throughout the event. ? Maintaining safety of ice bins by only using an ice scoop. ? Maintaining cleanliness of bar top throughout the event. ? Working with the bar back to ensure that product and glassware is replenished throughout the event. ? Assist with washing soiled glassware in dish machine located behind the bar. ?
