Job Summary:

Job Specifications:  

Expected Pay: $15.50 / hour + tips

If hired into a tipped position, guaranteed to make a minimum of $20 / hour inclusive of tips

Shift & Schedule Availability:  Full Time, Weekends and Holidays  

Skill Level: Entry and up 

 

Job Responsibilities:  

Welcome and greet guests

Serve guests in a fast-paced bar environment in a friendly and courteous manner

Full knowledge of current cocktail trends

Accurately enter guests orders and receive payment through our point-of-sale computer system

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and surrounding areas at all times

Answer questions and make knowledgeable recommendations that you genuinely feel our guests will enjoy

Stocking and washing glassware; bussing the bar and surrounding tables; and removal of trash and recycling

Understands all policies, procedures, and guidelines in regards to safety on the mountain and in the restaurant

Adhere to Hunter Mountain Food and Beverage objectives in sales, service, and quality

Stock and inventory beer and liquor

Monitor guests dining experience and ensure they are more than satisfied with their food, drinks, and overall experience

Perform side work and be willing to help entire restaurant staff to ensure smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant

Complete required compliance and training classes

May be required to work in different F&B locations/events when needed

Attire – casual but may be required to wear white tuxedo shirt, black vest, black bow tie, black dress pants, black socks and black shoes

Have a flexible schedule; must be available to work days, evenings, weekends and holidays

Assist in sanitation of all Food Service areas

Other duties as assigned 

 

Job Requirements:  

High School Degree or Equivalent Required, or prior experience preferred

2 Years Restaurant Experience; at least 1 Year Bartending

Must be Tips Certified or ability to obtain within 30 days

Able to lift at least 50 lbs.

Able to speak, read and communicate in English

 

The expected pay range is $20.00. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
