You are responsible to host and serve all guests, ensuring they have an exceptional drinking & dining experience; creating lasting memories and building relationships. You will bring our bar concepts to life by using your personal flair and style when interacting with our guests. **Some of the responsibilities include:** + To be fully conversant with all services, offers, promotions and facilities offered by the hotel + Check dishes and kitchenware for cleanliness and presentation + Attend all training where required + To be charismatic and make conversation easily and with an array of people + Following international and local Bar and Drink trends + Closely follow and complete opening and closing procedures and check lists + Serve alcohol responsibly and report any concerns to duty manager immediately **Qualifications:** **A successful candidate will have:** + Previous Food & Beverage experience in hotel environment or similar fast-paced environment + A valid and current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate + The ability to create a positive first impression + The flexibility to work on a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays + Mixologist / cocktail bar background + Wine knowledge highly advantageous A career with Hyatt opens a world of opportunities.
