The Bartender mixes and serves various ordered drinks for our guests out of the Hub & Spoke. This individual is enthusiastic, professional, and works quickly with excellent guest service. Aside from serving drinks, the Bartender keeps the bar area clean and the bar stocked, handles transactions, and supports the rest of the food and beverage operation. 

While every day is different and our roles may shift based on business needs, here is what you can expect to dive into in this role as a Bartender: 

Provides an excellent level of service to our guests. 

Able to make and knows how to make most drinks. 

Makes multiple orders of drinks at a time swiftly and efficiently. 

Keeps bar stocked and only uses the freshest of products. 

Ensures alcoholic drinks are only served to those that are over the age of 21. 

Follows TIPS training to ensure guests are not overserved. 

Manages transactions and processes payments. 

Maintains clean work-station, bar, and bar area. 

Takes initiative to contribute to the food & beverage operations outside of their role as bartender.

What We're Looking For: 

5+ years of bartending experience and/or training, or equivalent of education and experience 

Has a guest service mindset and outgoing personality 

TIPs certified 

Able to lift 50 pounds 

Able to stand for the majority of a shift, typically 8 hours 

Has CA Food Handlers Card or the ability to obtain one after accepting job offer 

Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
