KEY JOB FUNCTIONS:
Adhere to department service standards of being accommodating, accurate, and attentive.
Interact effectively and courteously with all guests and employees and demonstrate resiliency to deal with difficult situations in all types of business conditions.
Responsible to take beverage orders from guests, prepare drinks correctly and return these orders in a timely manner.
Responsible to enforce guest intoxication limitations and company policy and procedure regarding limitations
Responsible for taking food orders from guests and delivering these orders to the guest when applicable.
Responsible for developing and maintaining positive guest relations, including resolving minor guest disputes and ensuring the safety and security of all guests and employees.
Responsible for the following: stock bar items, fill ice bins, replenish juice used at bars, empty garbage, mop floors, keep all areas including bar mats and coolers clean and orderly.
Keep area in a clean and orderly manner
Performs other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
High School Diploma or GED Required.
Must be at least 19 years of age to work in the Casino.
Must be able to stand, lift, bend, and twist as required
PHYSICAL, MENTAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS:
Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand English.
Ability to maintain regular, predictable attendance according to schedule.
Fast paced environment, multiple tasks to be handled under time constraint.
Must be able to work with the public in a professional manner.
Must respect the confidentiality of both guests and company as sensitive information will be given and received.
