As a bartender in Collins Kitchen, you will efficiently deliver a high standard of food and beverage services to our guests in line with the guest’s needs and expectations.

Working amongst your team, you will support the Food Beverage team with the day to day operations of Collins Kitchen as well as supporting the team to achieve our purpose.

Day to DayTo meet and greet all guests arriving and departing the restaurantTo provide personalised service in intimate settingsTo be able to work in a dynamic teamHave exceptional interpersonal, communication and time management skillsSuperior customer service skills along with the capability of working both autonomously and as part of a teamThe ability to create a positive first impressionThe flexibility to work on a rotating roster, including weekends, night shifts and public holidaysTo assist with other areas of Food Beverage division as the business requiresAbout Hyatt
