Job Title: Bartender – Concessions Location: Pinnacle Bank Arena, Pinewood Bowl Department: Food & Beverage Reports To: Assistant Director of Food & Beverage FLSA Status: PT Hourly, Non-Exempt Bartenders prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to customers at designated locations at Pinnacle Bank Arena and Pinewood Bowl. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Include the following. + Responsible for mixing drinks to order and serving customers. + Responsible for having knowledge of all bar drinks and wines. + Serve beverages quickly in proper portions and in a courteous manner. + Check ID on any customer ordering alcohol who looks 30 years or younger. + Maintain a clean, neat, and safe workplace. + Interact with customers to ensure customer satisfaction. + Must comply with ASM Global’s service standards, company inventory and money controls. + Must follow all ASM/SAVOR policies and procedures. + Must follow all State and Governmental laws and regulations. + Maintain valid food handlers and alcoholic beverage server permits required by the Department of Health + Other duties may be assigned Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: + Excellent guest service skills + Greet guests in a friendly manner and be professional at all times. + Adhere to Universal Service Standards of proper grooming and appearance. + Accurately charge customer. + Effective communication skills: communicate with guests and receive orders. + Ability to work effectively with others. + Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Physical Requirements: + Ability to stand and remain stationary for entire length of shift. + Constant walking, bending, reaching and repetitive motions. + Ability to reach, bend, stoop, wipe, push, and pull. + Ability to perform normal lifting of stock, up to 50 pounds. Working Conditions: + May be exposed to variable temperatures, including extreme hold and cold, depending on season. + May be required to work in confined and/or narrow spaces. + Flexible hours including weekends, holidays, and evenings. + Work hours are event related and non-guaranteed. + Must adhere to policies outlining availability, shift rotation, position rotation and minimum shifts. Education & Experience + Previous bartending experience preferred. + Must be at least 19 years of age.
