THE JOB:

As a bartender you will craft a symphony of drinks, blending spirits and flavors to create memorable experiences for each guest. You will charm customers with your warm hospitality, handle transactions with flair, and keep the bar sparkling clean and inviting. Masterfully managing inventory, you will ensure the bar remains a well-oiled machine, contributing to the vibrant energy and success of the establishment.

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

·     Prepare and Serving Drink : Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to customer request and standard recipes.

·     Customer Service  : Engage with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations. Handle payments, manager tabs and ensure a pleasant customer experience.

·     Maintain Cleanliness: Keep the bar area clean and organized. Follow health and safety guidelines to maintain hygiene standards

·     Inventory Management : Monitor tock levels of beverages, mixers, and supplies.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

·     At least 1 year of prior bartending experience

·     Strong Communication skills

·     Customer service oriented

·     Ability to handle multiple tasks at once.

·     Strong attention to detail.

Pay Rate

The typical pay for this role is:

$14.33

This is a tip eligible position.

Should overtime be worked, employees are paid overtime pay in accordance with state requirements.
