Job Title: BAS Technician Job Description We are looking for a BAS Technician with expertise in security technology. The ideal candidate will be troubleshooting technical issues related to access control, security systems, and computer networks. This role requires strong communication skills with a focus on resolving client and vendor inquiries in a collaborative team environment. Responsibilities + Provide technical support to field technicians and customers. + Troubleshoot and resolve issues with security systems, including gates, keypads, cameras, and alarms. + Address inquiries related to computer networks. + Collaborate with clients and field technicians remotely. + Prepare and program access control, burglar alarms, CCTV equipment, networking equipment, and other hardware as needed. Essential Skills + Experience providing technical support to field technicians and customers. + Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues with security systems, including gates, keypads, cameras, and alarms. + Proficiency in addressing inquiries related to computer networks. + Experience in collaborating with clients and field technicians remotely. + Ability to prepare and program access control, burglar alarms, CCTV equipment, networking equipment, and other hardware. Work Environment This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, with on-call responsibilities after hours. The role requires 100% travel around Pennsylvania, Maryland, Delaware, New Jersey, and potentially New York. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $26.00/hr.
