Job Description The Base Lodge Supervisor is responsible for maintaining excellent Base Area and Base Lodge appearance. Responsibilities + Essential Functions: + Maintain a clean & safe Base Lodge. + Ensure guest satisfaction for the customer by possessing a general knowledge of the ski area, and by acting as a guest services representative. + Perform general preparation work such as stocking bathroom paper products, mopping floors, vacuuming, and trash removal. + Assist with hiring, training and scheduling of staff. Tools and Equipment: + Floor mop, Upright Vacuum, chemical cleaners, compactor, etc. Working Environment: + Interior of ski base lodge, in all areas of the base lodge. + Exterior of base lodge with exposure to extreme weather conditions. Qualifications + High School Diploma or equivalent + Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays. + Fulltime, part time, and on call positions available.
