Your typical day – Our MDA analysts and engineers work in modern, well-appointed government facilities at Redstone Arsenal.  Redstone is located in Huntsville, Alabama, otherwise known as “Rocket City.”  Huntsville is the hub of missile and space research and development.  You will collaborate with other missile defense experts – military, government civilians, and contractors from Axient and other companies.  Our team of experts helps the Government manage planning, development and delivery of state-of-the art sensors, weapons, communications, and command/control systems.  

What you will do... The Basic Analyst will support all Continuous Development Integration (CDI) activities on behalf of the THAAD Ground Test Directorate (THTG) Support Requirements Development  Review and provide inputs to MDA Test Objective Memorandums (TOM), Operational Tasking Link (OPTASKLINK), and Event Communications Baseline (ECB) Support MDA Ground Test Directorate (DTG) Executive and Integrated Test Team (IETT) Reviews Develop inputs to MDA Ground Test Source material including event Scenario Matrices (SM) and Scenario Design Reviews (SDR) for the MDA Directorate for Test (DT) Support Test Readiness Reviews (TRR) and briefings to the THAAD Weapon System Test (THT) Director Support MDA and THAAD Quality teams through the Certification Data Package (CDP) Process, confirming M&S HW/SW readiness for testing Support all phases of Ground Test Development from Element Standalone (ESA) to Test Case Integration (TCI) and Developmental/Operational Test Runs-for-Record (DT/OT RFR) Interface with THAAD Warfighters (WF) regarding their roles, event scenarios, and TTP/PPR for MDA Ground Test events Observe Laboratory M&S system performance, WF interaction, and submit daily End-of Day (EOD) reports during MDA Ground Test events RFR Support Test Execution Report (TER) development to include anomaly investigation and analysis along with formal System Test Observation (STO) status and reporting  Skills you will need...

Required Skills and Experience:  

BA/BS degree in a related field or 5 years relevant experience Active, or ability to obtain, DoD Secret security clearance Be a self-starter, able to multi-task in a dynamic, fast-paced environment Capable of utilizing tools, techniques, and processes for analysis activities Capable of assisting in the planning, monitoring, acquisition, and implementation support for complex systems Follow established procedures, and solve routine problems involving test planning, integration, execution, and analysis Demonstrate the ability to work with diverse groups and focus their efforts to achieve a common goal Display excellent interpersonal, written communication and presentation skills 

Highly Desirable Skills and Experience:
