Principal Accountabilities

Transport racks, ingredients, and equipment when neededAbility to operate mobile powered equipmentResponsible to keep the place clean and tidyCompletion of daily, weekly, and monthly job tasks around batch house cleaning cycle and rack washingAccurately records rack and weight information on rack tickets and assure a ticket on each rack in numerical orderEnsures product quality, consistency, and compliance with customer specificationsComplete all required documentation accurately and proficiently along with other required written communication applicable to the job. Ensuring all processing steps have been completed and a quality product is delivered to the customer. All food handling tasks are completed properly i.e., proper packaging, weights are in the acceptable rangeAssist on the production floor where neededComply with all Corporate Environmental Health and Safety Policies and ProceduresIndividual will learn and comply with all HACCP and Food Safety Policies and Procedures; Individual will ensure compliance for all monitoring and verification tasks as outlined in the Food Safety Management


Required Qualifications

Ability to perform basic math such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and divisionAvailability to work weekends and overtime as required Willingness to complete procedural training for this positionMust be able to read, write and speak EnglishStrong Computer knowledge and skillsMust be Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship Must be 18 years or older Must be attentive to details to follow set schedules and directionsAbility to self-manage all tasks in a timely manner per company policyAbility to drive mobile powered equipment
