**Job Title: General Production Worker** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated and skilled General Production Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for loading and unloading machinery with ingredients, weighing and measuring products, and ensuring the smooth operation of the production line. This role involves working with forklifts, blending products, following production sheets, and adhering to guidelines for product preparation. **Responsibilities** + Load and unload machinery with ingredients + Weigh and measure products + Load products into machinery via forklift + Blend products according to specifications + Follow production sheets to determine what to produce + Work with leads to learn roles and machinery + Stage products and loads via forklift + Set up and adjust machinery for production runs + Stage finished orders + Put orders into inventory and prepare them for shipping + Monitor machinery and processes during production runs **Essential Skills** + Machine Operating Experience + Ability to operate sit-down forklift - propane and electric + Blending, filling, and batching experience + Packaging experience + Forklift certification **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Previous experience in blending, filling, and batch mixing + 2-3 years of relevant experience + RF scanner experience + Bilingual (preferred) **Why Work Here?** Join a tight-knit workforce in a smaller, climate-controlled facility that is both clean and sanitary.
