Growth Potential Team-Oriented Environment What Success Looks Like: Follow safety procedures and guidelines Communication with staff members  Ensure rubber compound is packaged properly. Clean batch-off bars & dip tank on a weekly basis Ensure loop lengths are set according to recipes. Maintain proper slab dip levels. Clean packaging containers prior to packaging compound Fill out daily forklift checklist. Assist strip mill operator if needed. Keep work area clean. Other duties as applies. Physical Demands & Work Environment: Requires lifting/pushing (10 – 100lbs.)  Standing on your feet all day. Continually moving your arms while loading materials in to the tote. 

Hourly Rate is $18.00/hour plus $1.00/hour shift premium (for 2nd and 3rd shifts)

Second shift = 2:45PM – 11:00PM
