Batch Operations Support Executive

**Position Description & Requirements:**
Operations Support Role
• Position is located at the client site in Redford, Michigan
• Individual will be member of small team supporting a 24x7 Operations Center
• Excellent communication and Customer skills
• Understanding of ITIL standards
• Knowledge of Microsoft products
• Ability to work as a team
• Knowledge of IBM Mainframe Operations and monitoring tools
• Knowledge of Window Server and Network Monitoring tools, (i.e. Whats up Gold)
• Ability to lift 30 lbs of paper box and load high speed Client printer to print Engine Build books
• Ability to learn quickly and handle Custom Applications tools monitoring
• Run a manager incident management call, tracking the issue and engagement of support teams
• IBM Batch monitoring, including CA 7/11 and CA Workload, a plus
• Trusted resource for security password resets
• Ability to review, understand and update work process procedures
**Education:**
High School Diploma.
**Experience:**
5+ Years.
