**Aerotek is hiring for a production worker to be Batch Operator at Newport, Washington!** **Pay Rnaging Upto 21$/HR** **Job Description:** + Dispense the correct amount of materials by weight into 6 oz. and 20 oz. barrier style cartridge kits, or buckets, based on customer requirements. + Use a digital scale to measure predetermined weights in grams. + Maintain correct storage conditions for materials used in 2-part epoxy combinations. + Utilize FIFO (First In, First Out) for inventory cartridge kits. + Use a drum oven to heat materials, reducing viscosity for ease of dispensing. **Additional Skills & Qualifications:** + Maintain traceability of raw materials. + Actively participate in operational improvement activities. + Cross train or transfer to other departments as needed. + Complete other tasks as needed with flexibility being key. + Sincere desire to work and ability to work independently or with a team to complete tasks in a timely manner. + 2+ years of relevant, steady work history preferred, with manufacturing experience being a plus. + Good basic math skills. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $21.25 - $21.25/hr.
