**Job Title: Concrete Batch Plant Operator** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled Concrete Batch Plant Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in operating concrete or other chemical batch plants, coordinating with plant operators, and assisting with concrete pouring and clean-up. This role is essential for ensuring efficient and high-quality production in our precast concrete plant. **Responsibilities** + Mix concrete with the correct materials. + Assist with pouring the concrete. + Coordinate with other plant operators to ensure efficient production. + Assist with clean-up. **Essential Skills** + Experience in operating a concrete or other chemical batch plant of similar size – 2 to 5 years. + ACI Certification. + Prior precast plant experience. + High school diploma. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Mechanical skills. + Electrical skills. + Production and operation & maintenance skills. **Why Work Here?** Join a dynamic team in a supportive and collaborative environment where your skills and experience are valued. The role involves physical activity, including mixing and pouring concrete, as well as clean-up tasks. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract position based out of Kansas City, Kansas. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $30.00 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
