About this RoleBrink Constructors, Inc.
This role involves managing field crews, coordinating with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
Position requires 80% travel throughout the Midwest as a field based role
Pay: This is a non-exempt hourly role. The pay range is $60.50 - $62.92 per hour
What You'll DoChampion a culture of safety excellence, implementing and overseeing robust safety measures to safeguard the wellbeing of our crew and uphold Brinks standards on all projects. Conduct regular site visits as necessary to oversee projects and ensure their successful execution. Ensure that the crew receives adequate training and possesses a comprehensive understanding of their assigned tasks. Manage and coordinate the availability of required materials on-site to facilitate smooth project operations. Monitor and assess the crew's performance to ensure adherence to planned schedules and project timelines. Collaborate with project managers to conduct cost analyses, contributing to effective budget management. Optimize equipment utilization by coordinating and overseeing the efficient use of machinery and resources on site. What You'll Bring
