Responsibilities:

Align product strategy with Headquarters (BU)Regional implementation of product strategy and pricingDevelop and execute regional launch concepts for new products and product programs, such as midterm turnover plans and launch activities.Represent the Product Segment in the Sub-region and continuously monitor and report on competitors' activitiesEffective lifecycle managementEffective collaboration with other departments, such as Technical, Workshop, Sales and other, in order to develop business

QualificationsProven record of successful management of a product portfolioGood understanding of Automotive Aftermarket distribution channels and the behavior and priorities of independent workshopsStrong communication and presentation skills, along with the ability to collaborate and influence effectively in a matrix organizationProficiency in data management and analysisExcellent analytical and convincing skillsAbility to reach objectives through creativity and flexibilityTeam player with openness to mutual knowledge sharingStrong relationship-building skillsOrganized, pragmatic and adept in project managementFluent in EnglishWillingness to travelKnowledge of the Automotive Aftermarket would be beneficialExperience in managing technically complex automotive products is desirable
