Summary

As a Battery Technician, Assembly & Testing, you will work closely with Engineers and Technicians to support our key client with battery pack assembly and testing. When not working on the Battery Pack production, you will perform the Production Test Lab Technician job duties. We are seeking a motivated and reliable individual to join our team. This role will report to the Product Test Supervisor. This is a TEMP role with an opportunity to be converted to PERM. 

 

Job Responsibilities Ability to follow verbal and written instructions and procedures to ensure the product is per the client’s specifications. Cell preparation per specification and Battery Pack Assembly. Perform tests using various methods and tools on Cells and Battery Packs to evaluate their performance and quality. Conduct OCV checks. Visually evaluate defects from a list of standard defects. Report any irregularities and assist with corrective actions. Record accurate test data into the quality management software. Prepare cells for shipment. Maintain lab and testing equipment.
