Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Baylor Nurse to work 16-hour shifts on Saturday and Sunday, with the added benefit of being compensated for a full 40-hour workweek. The Baylor Nurse will provide high-quality nursing care to patients during weekends and serve as a crucial member of our healthcare team. Position:
The primary purpose of your position is to provide direct nursing care to the residents, and to supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by nursing shift staff. Such supervision must be in accordance with current federal, state and local standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern our community, as may be required by the Director of Nursing or Clinical Care Coordinator to ensure that the highest degree of quality of care is maintained at all times.
