You have experience with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central, and ideally, Dynamics GP as well.

About Your Skills
You're comfortable with credits, debits, and general ledgers because you've either worked directly in an accounting role, gained experience through consulting, or studied in this field.
You have hands-on experience as an end user or have implemented Microsoft Dynamics Business Central, with a solid understanding of the Financials modules (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Bank Management) and Trade modules (Purchasing, Sales, and Inventory).
Business Central development experience (AL extensions) is required. Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics GP is a plus.
In your past roles, you've been an integral part of a team that leveraged these solutions for their operations or worked in a support or consulting capacity.

We're looking to add an experienced team member to support and implement Microsoft Dynamics Business Central. Our team shares your expertise and excels in solving problems in a dynamic environment, ensuring successful projects and implementations. Our primary goal is to provide exceptional customer service.
Your responsibilities would include:
* Supporting clients using Business Central
* Configuring Business Central to meet client needs
* Creating and maintaining a comprehensive knowledge base and training materials for Business Central users
* Meeting high communication and customer service standards
* Troubleshooting complex issues with Business Central
* Managing Business Central implementation projects
* Building and maintaining client relationships and handling ad-hoc tasks

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $75,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
