The Role:
They are looking for an experienced and proactive D365 Business Central Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential support to their customers using Dynamics 365 Business Central, ensuring their systems run smoothly and efficiently. You will work closely with both customers and internal teams, diagnosing and resolving issues, while continuously improving and optimising our solutions to meet complex business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide expert support for Dynamics 365 Business Central (D365 BC) to both internal teams and external clients.
* Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve issues related to Business Central functionality, integrations, and performance.
* Collaborate with the project team to ensure seamless solution delivery and client satisfaction.
* Assist in system upgrades, patches, and enhancements.
* Offer tailored solutions and best practices to clients, ensuring their systems are optimised for their specific needs.
* Provide training and guidance to clients as needed on D365 BC features and functionalities.
Who We're Looking For:
* Strong experience supporting D365 Business Central or similar ERP solutions.
* In-depth knowledge of Business Central functionality, modules, and integrations.
* Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to communicate complex technical issues in a clear, user-friendly manner.
* Experience in working within a Microsoft Partner environment, particularly in delivering tailored, high-end solutions.
* A passion for learning and staying up-to-date with the latest technology trends and Microsoft offerings.
* Ability to work collaboratively within a small to mid-sized team of top professionals in the field.
* Strong client-facing skills, with a focus on providing excellent customer service.
