What You Will Bring: Qualified candidates will be a BCBA/LABA, or close to your it(!) with experience in the following:  Conducting functional behavior assessments. Goal development and design of positive behavior support plans. VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, AFLS or other related assessments, preferred. Experience working with youth 21 years and under with serious emotional and behavioral challenges or autism. Excellent written and interpersonal skills, team player. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required for in-home behavioral support services.  What You Will Do: Conduct functional behavior assessments and learning needs assessments in family homes with a balanced caseload Design positive behavior support and skill acquisition plans with individualized behavioral goals Implement, model and monitor progress of individualized behavioral plans based on data analysis Provide training and supervision to Behavior Technicians Train parents, caregivers and BA level staff who implement plans with children and families on principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Collaborate with youth team members Who We Are:
