What You’ll Be Doing:

As a BCBA/Sr. BCBA:

Manage day-to-day cases for children on the autism spectrum, creating personalized treatment plans that change lives. Conduct initial intakes and assessments with specific tools to ensure the best outcomes for our kiddos. Provide 30+ treatment hours per week, offering family guidance and support that empowers families. Lead and educate a fantastic team of Registered Behavior Therapists who share your passion for making a difference. Collaborate with like-minded professionals dedicated to living out ABC’s core values.

As a Clinical Director:

Be the clinical counterpart to our Operations Manager, leading your center with compassion and expertise! Engage, mentor, and inspire our team of BCBAs and RBTs while managing a small client caseload. Ensure clinical quality training and compliance, striving for excellence in every interaction. Conduct assessments and create individualized treatment plans that truly reflect each child's unique needs. Collaborate and problem-solve with a dedicated team focused on providing the best care possible. What You’ll Bring: Current BCBA certification or eligible to sit for the exam within one month.
