The Behavior Professional - Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Supervisor provides behavioral assessment, intervention, and consultation for preschool-aged children within Fraser's ABA program. You'll have the opportunity to provide supervision to other staff within our clinic and help Fraser provide the best care to all of our clients. We are offering a $5,000 hiring bonus!
Responsibilities:
Implement treatment plan for clients with behavioral, emotional, and developmental concerns with an emphasis on Autism Spectrum Disorders or related disorders utilizing principles of behavior analysis. This may include curriculum assessment, data collection, data analysis, task analysis, functional analysis and goal writing. Provide work direction to direct care staff in ABA program. Provide clinical supervision to individuals pursuing theirBCBA/BCaBA and RBT as outlined by the BACB regulatory standards.Join us in this exciting opportunity to serve clients who are in need of ABA services!
