We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in a flexible, full-time or part-time role. You’ll have the freedom to set a schedule that works for you while providing high-quality services to our clients. Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and create individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) Provide direct supervision, coaching, and training to behavior technicians Monitor and evaluate client progress, making data-driven adjustments to treatment plans Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure the successful implementation of behavior plans Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment plans Participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development activities

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required Experience in conducting FBAs and developing BIPs Ability to work independently and manage a flexible caseload Strong communication and interpersonal skills A passion for making a positive impact in the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities
