Maxim Healthcare Services San Rafael, Novato, Mill Valley, CA is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to help provide clinical oversight of clients receiving Behavior Respite services.

(FCT, DRA without Extinction, Toileting programs, schedule thinning/demand fading, etc.) as requestedService funding comes from partnerships with local regional centers to support individuals with developmental disabilities across all ages and disabilities that are eligible for Regional Center services.Provide supervisory oversight to Behavioral direct care staff Monitors treatment progress and effectiveness to update treatment plans to support clients’ needs and learning styleProvide families/caregivers with a break from the duties of care. Program Objectives:Assisting clients with basic self-help needs while promoting highest level of independenceAssisting clients with socialization skills, as appropriate Continuing daily routines that the family is currently performingEnsure safety supervision, assist with meal preparation, feeding, toileting, bathing, dressing, medication reminders, and light housekeepingQualifications:Provide an active license or certification in good standing (e.g. Board Certified Behavior Analyst, Licensed Behavior Analyst, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Family & Marriage Therapist, or Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst)Have excellent written and verbal communication skillsDemonstrate critical thinking skillsSupervisory and behavioral assessment experience preferredExperience providing behavioral services to children, and adults preferredExperience in quality management preferredProficiency in the English language
