Details of the position include: 

Location: Andover, MA

Start: ASAP

Duration: 2024 – 2025 school year 

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00 AM – 3:30 PM 

Job Description: •Complete FBAs

•Complete ABLLS-R, VB-MAPP and related assessments

•Develop individualized behavior plans

•Oversee initial program set-up (completion of assessment and evaluation development of goals and objectives)

•Manage data collection: Designing individualized data collection, overseeing the data collection methods and ongoing monitoring and analyzing of data

•Ability to train staff and lead professional development is necessary

•Provide ongoing monthly supervision to registered behavior technicians (RBTs)

This position may also support area member districts

Experience: BCBA, Preferrred a Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field such as Psychology or Special Education. Experience working with students whose profiles require therapeutic support and approaches. 

Pay Rate: $70/HR (depending on experience)
