What You'll Do
Staffing
• Responsible for optimizing deployment of system level BCG X billable staff for the
system to meet the needs of our business while ensuring each person receives
opportunities supporting their Career Development objectives and long-term
professional goals
• Cultivate strong relationships with BCG X talent to understand their developmental
needs and staffing preferences, discussing upcoming projects and advising on staffing
decisions that balance business needs with personal preferences. Clearly
communicate staffing decisions and the rationale behind them, while setting and
enforcing staffing policies and expectations.
• Lead system-level reporting and engagement, ensuring transparency around pipeline
status and current/planned resource allocation.
• Maintain relevant tools and trackers to provide visibility into staff commitments, such
as project assignments, training, and time off. Contribute to the continuous
improvement of staffing processes and systems.
• Provide input into Career Development Committee (CDC) meetings when required,
reinforcing career development messages through staffing and development
discussions to support individual growth.
• Offer input to local HR and relevant stakeholders on employee matters as needed
What You'll Bring
4-6 years of experience in professional services and / or technology servicesenvironment, preferably in a people function (staffing, resource planning, recruiting
etc).Bachelor's degree strongly preferred or equivalent years of relevant work experienceIndividual must demonstrate leadership qualities and be willing to take a hands-on
approach and also be able to excel in a large international company cultureAdvanced technical skills with proficiency in desktop applications, powerpoint and
ExcelStrong communication skills both written and oralPersonal touch – Explain logic of Staffing based on home location, Case preference,
CDC input and staffing flexibility.
