About this opportunity:

 

The Head of Operations in the CSS organization is a leadership and operations role with full ownership and accountability for achieving Gold Standard Delivery and Operations KPIs that reflect the effectiveness and success of delivery & operations holistically for one/multiple Account(s). This position is the critical lead that consolidates  both delivery and operations for the customer, to manage and control e2e internal stakeholders , operational incidents, improvement initiatives, and ensures the efficient and successful delivery of projects and operations jointly. The role focuses on exec level customer engagement, strategic planning and communication, quality assurance, process improvement and risk management.

what you will do Lead Operational strategy and planning Develop and implement operational strategies and plans to achieve Gold Standard delivery & Operations and ensure alignment with organizational goalsOversee project delivery and quality assurance  Manage the end to end delivery of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standardsMonitor and achieve KPIs  Track and report on key performance indicators, taking accountability for meeting or exceeding targets that reflect the effectiveness and success of operationsStakeholder communication and expectation management  Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and managing expectations throughout project lifecycles, and operational incidents and follow upKey Interfaces  HoSDs, KAM, domain, employees and customer including VP & MD levelAccountabilities Operational strategy setup & execution successful implementation of operational strategic initiatives, ensuring that plans align with the organizations goals and lead to the achievement of Gold Standard operations.Project delivery and quality outcomes Quality and timeliness of all project deliveries, ensuring they meet the established quality standards and are delivered on time and within budgetMeeting KPI OKRs   Achieving the defined key performance indicators (KPIs), includes tracking progress, addressing any shortfalls, and reporting outcomes to Head of CSSStakeholder satisfaction  Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring their expectations are managed and met throughout the project lifecycle, and that communication is clear and consistentThe skills you bring in University degree in Engineering or equivalent. Master degree considered an advantage.15 plus years of proven relevant experienceProgram management, Operations skillset stakeholder management, business and customer leadership, Risk management.
